Welcome to luxury at Grande Bay with our 2 bedroom condo, Aquamare! Aquamare is a beautifully appointed two-bedroom suite situated with the best unobstructed views of Cruz Bay Harbor as well as convenient access to Grande Bay Resort’s fine amenities, including outdoor pool and spa, fitness center, and morning coffee presentation.

If you are planning the perfect vacation in St. John, our Two Bedroom Suite with accommodations for up to six guests is sure to impress people of all ages. Our condo is one of the only true two bedroom units at Grande Bay (NOT a studio and one-bedroom “lock out”) and offers the finest accommodations, views, furniture, and décor in all of Grande Bay. Aquamare offers spectacular views of St. John’s cays from the suite’s private balcony as well as upscale amenities including a Keurig beverage maker, Kohler shower tower and washroom accessories, and flat screen TVs in all rooms. You won’t find finer furnishings or décor than we offer at Aquamare, including masterful artwork, travertine flooring throughout, specialty bathroom features, and luxurious bedding. You and your guests will enjoy every second of their vacation in St. John while staying in our indulgent condo.

Aquamare accommodates up to six guests. The master bedroom houses a luxurious King size bed and full bath. The second bedroom contains another king size bed and access to an additional full bath. In the living area, you will find a comfortable queen sized sleeper sofa.

Furthermore, Aquamare includes free wi-fi internet service and free phone service to the Continental US as well as a safe for your valuables. For your added convenience, we have a reserved parking space if you choose to rent a vehicle for your stay.

Grande Bay Resort is situated hillside overlooking Cruz Bay on St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Set near Wharfside Village and a leisurely three minute stroll from the ferry dock, this St. John resort overlooks the emerald and blue waters of Cruz Bay with St. Thomas to the west and the British Virgin Islands to the east. Grande Bay Resort offers a large pool deck overlooking the ocean along with swimming pool and hot tub. The resort also boasts a spacious exercise room with new equipment (even a Pilates machine!) that offers ocean views. Grande Bay is staffed 24 hours a day to answer any questions you may have or assist with your vacation. Due to our convenient location right in Cruz Bay, you can easily walk to shops, restaurants, bars and even some beaches at your leisure.

Additional information about rental rates

VI Hotel Tax Rate = 12.5%

We require a signed contract along with a deposit of 50% of the total balance to reserve our suite. Our contract supersedes all other requirements as noted on VRBO. Cleaning fee is waived for stays of 7 nights or more. Cleaning fees apply to stays of fewer than seven nights. The current VI Hotel tax is 12.5%. We require a 7 night minimum over the winter holidays.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. You must contact the owner directly to request cancellation.
