Arco Iris. located in Point Rendezvous in St. John, is a vacation home that will take your breath away.
Arco Iris means Rainbow in Portuguese and Spanish. So named is because you can see the rainbows that are frequently created by the rain clouds over the sea in the southeast.
You will enjoy a perfect setting facing the sunrise with an open view of Fish Bay and the Caribbean Sea.
For your convenience, a large closet just inside the front gate, has beach chairs, coolers, a beach umbrella and an assortment of masks and snorkels.
The large great room and kitchen are decorated in a nautical theme, with lanterns, fishing nets and other details. There are four sets of screened sliding glass doors to enjoy the breeze and admire the view from anywhere in the room. Or you can walk out onto the wide covered deck that wraps around the great room. You will look forward to having meals on the balcony, while enjoying the beautiful view.
We have three king bed suites with AC, all the same size in square footage and each one with a totally private keyed entrance. Every room is decorated with 360° murals painted by the owner, an accomplished artist. Each bedroom has sliding glass doors facing the views with drapes for privacy or to block out the morning sun if desired. They each also have an attached full bath, a large closet and ceiling fans.
The pool deck is very spacious and furnished with deck chairs. The swimming pool is 10 x 20 feet with a 6 foot bench inside the water.
One of the owners was born in Brazil and grew up eating many tropical fruits. You’ll find an assortment of fruit trees, banana, avocado, mango, guava, sugar apple and others, growing on the property.

Rates and Taxes
Rates are based on a seven night stay, and depend upon the number of guests and/or number of bedrooms used.
Published rates are subject to change and do not include the prevailing 12.5% USVI Hotel Tax. The Virgin Islands hotel tax will be added at the time payment is made.

A 50% deposit, including tax, within 7- 9 days is required to secure your reservation. The balance, plus a security deposit (if applicable), is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept payment in the form of a check or money order made payable to the home owner (provided to you upon booking).

We accept personal checks, money orders, travelers checks and cash.
Sorry, we don’t accept credit cards as a payment option for villa rentals. (We can accept credit cards for boat charters, rental vehicles and other activities and services.)
Deposits and Final Payments

No deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained. Should you have to cancel for any reason, and a replacement rental is obtained, your deposit will be refunded less a 15% handling fee.
