Beija-Flor means “flower-kisser” and is the Brazilian Portuguese for humming-bird. This four bedroom, 2300 square foot luxury villa, located in Rendezvous Bay, can comfortably sleep eight people. This villa is located just a short hike or two minute drive to a exclusive gated beach at Rendezvous Bay, and offers fantastic views and breezes.

Upon entering this home, you will find a screened-in courtyard with native stonework, a dining table, and a custom barbecue area. The great room is furnished with rattan furniture, as well as an indoor dining table.
Four sets of bi-fold custom mahogany doors open to the view and the breezes. Access to the deck is either through the great room or the kitchen.

Beija-Flor is a perfect rental villa for both large and small groups. The 500 square foot deck is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the views and breezes.

Beija-Flor has been designed to follow the natural curve of the land for the best possible ocean views.

Rates and Taxes

Rates are based on a seven night stay, and depend upon the number of guests and/or number of bedrooms used.

Published rates are subject to change and do not include the prevailing 12.5% USVI Hotel Tax. The Virgin Islands hotel tax will be added at the time payment is made.
Hotel Tax is subject to change at any time.

Seasonal Rates
High Season: Jan 4, through April 12
Low Season: April 12 through December 18
Holiday rates. Dec. 19 through Jan. 3 – Call for rates
Other Holiday Rates vary; please call for specific weeks.

Reservation Deposit
A 50% deposit, including tax, within 7- 9 days is required to secure your reservation. The balance, plus a security deposit (if applicable), is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept payment in the form of a check or money order made payable to the home owner (provided to you upon booking).

Payment Options and Balance Due
We accept personal checks, money orders, travelers checks and cash.
Sorry, we don’t accept credit cards as a payment option for villa rentals. (We can accept credit cards for boat charters, rental vehicles and other activities and services.)

Deposits and Final Payments
The balance, plus a security deposit (if applicable), is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept payment in the form of a check, made payable to the home owner (provided to you upon booking).

Damage Deposit
A damage deposit is required.

Check in 3:00 P.M. check out 10:00 A.M.
Villa is Non-Smoking.

No deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained. Should you have to cancel for any reason, and a replacement rental is obtained, your deposit will be refunded less a 15% handling fee.
