Casa de Suenos (House of Dreams) is located is a pristine private hillside overlooking John’s Folly, near Estate Concordia, on St. John’s quiet and gorgeous south side, near the hamlet of Coral Bay, with lively and affordable restaurants and solid Caribbean charm.  A large four-bedroom property with additional guest cottage, Casa de Suenos offers the space for a large family and also the possibility to secure rental of the guest cottage alone as a romantic escape for two. The views from Casa de Suenos are at once immediate, sweeping and breathtaking.  The home offers complete and delightful privacy.

The gourmet kitchen features an island where guests can enjoy a casual meal and enjoy each other’s company while preparing a meal.  The ktichen itself is generously supplied with top of the line equipment and amenities, including every pot and pan a chef could desire.  A cook’s kitchen, in addition to a lovely indoor and outdoor eating area, invite memorable dining experiences surrounded by loved ones, serenity, and the sea.

The aerial view from the great room is exhilarating! On a clear day it’s possible to see Peter Island, Le Duck, Tortola and more from the villa’s private perch on the hillside. Nestled against the hillside, this stately villa on St. John’s south side is graced by the Christmas winds and near constant island tradewinds. The great room has beautiful seating, including a dining table that seats 8 and very comfortable living room seating, with entertainment luxuries that include Cable TV and a flat screened television.

This four-bedroom villa with additional guest cottage is large enough to accommodate a large party and has elegant furnishings to honor celebrated gatherings of friends and family, including a beautiful dining table and comfortable seating.

The 20′ X 8′ pool and deck invite guests for night swims, private sunning, and lounging about in one of the island’s most private and pristine locations.

The stately master suite has its own outdoor access down to the pool and a private balcony with a sweeping ocean view. Take in endless views of John’s Folly Bay, the East End of St. John and the British Virgin Islands.

All four bedrooms in the main house feature fantastic views, air conditioning and tropical designer furnishings. The east main level bedroom features two extra long twin beds that can be converted into a king sized bed. Each bedroom has a private full bath. The east lower level bedroom off the pool deck is private and comfortable. The extra long twin beds can be made into a king-size bed. The west lower level bedroom off the pool deck has two extra long twin size beds.   A new sitting area that can be used as an additional sleeping space has been added between the two bedrooms on the lower level.

The spacious one-bedroom guest cottage is located next to the main house and can be rented alone, perfect for a couple seeking a private getaway with immediate access to the ocean and a private pool. Like the main house, the guest cottage has a fully-equipped deluxe kitchen, flat screen TV, air conditioned bedroom, private deck and breathtaking private views. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom and full bath on the lower floor. Wake up to views of Norman Island, Le Duck and beyond in the comfortable bedroom of the guest cottage. The guest cottage is elegantly appointed and offers a secluded and luxurious setting.

Relax on the deck after a day at the beach and soak in the sensual idyllic surroundings, with private uninterrupted views of the sea.

RESERVATIONS/INFO

DEPOSIT
All reservations are subject to a 50% deposit of the full rental amount. Once you have phoned in your reservation you will have two weeks to send your payment. If we do not receive your payment within this time frame your ‘hold’ on the property will be cancelled without further notice. The balance of the rent, 12.5% hotel tax and damage insurance fee will be due no later than 30 days prior to your arrival date. No reservation is confirmed until you have returned a deposit. Submission of your reservation form constitutes your acceptance of our rental policy.

If you have received a discounted rate or are booking for 5 days or less you can make your way to our office or pay a $65 arrival fee to be met at the dock.  If you arrive on the 7 PM ferry or later there is an additional $80 fee that will be added to your invoice. A 3% credit card fee is applied if paying with a Visa or MasterCard.

Rates are based on double occupancy per bedroom. THIS MEANS 2 PEOPLE WILL GET ONE BEDROOM, 4 PEOPLE WILL GET 2 BEDROOMS, 6 PEOPLE WILL GET 3 BEDROOMS etc., unless other arrangements have been made. The total occupancy permitted in the villa is restricted to the number of guests who have booked and paid. Any additional guest must pay upon arrival or vacate the premises immediately. No house parties or weddings are allowed without advance written permission from Windspree Vacation Homes. Additional fees may apply. A quiet family atmosphere must be maintained at all times so as not to disturb other residents of the neighborhood.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event you are forced to cancel, we will make every effort to re-book your villa for a 10% service charge. However, no deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained. We may be able to reschedule your visit to another time slot in the future. Refund arrangements can largely depend on the amount of notice given to us of the cancellation, and on the time of year. For peace of mind, we recommend cancellation insurance available through your agent or call for a referral. No refunds will be given for early departure unless there is a serious problem that cannot be cured within 24 hours or causes the guest extreme discomfort or serious inconvenience.
