There are views and then there are VIEWS! Cinnamon Tarn is perched on the crest of a mountain, 850-ft. above world famous Cinnamon Bay. Surrounded by the Virgin Islands National Park, it offers fabulous elavated views of the island’s famous north shore beaches and the British Virgin Islands.

The architecture is reminiscent of the stone arches and windmill towers (d. tarn = tower) of Danish sugar mill ruins. The Estate Catherineberg sugar mill ruins are an easy hike from the villa.

This three bedroom, 2.5 bath villa provides a spacious Great Room with entertainment center furnished with stone and rattan pieces and pastel colors. The adjoining gourmet kitchen has all new appliances and bar seating. Completely identical and private master suites with ensuite baths and stone showers are located at either end of the veranda each have their own deck and even more of the beautiful view. The two suites are separated by the central living area, which features a large screened gallery with an expansive deck and a heated swim spa measuring 13×6.5x 3 + deep. The secluded second level library/bedroom is reached by a stair tower and has its own deck, which provides the ultimate in private sunbathing or stargazing at night.

The veranda which stretches from one end of the house to the other provids a resting area with incredible views and breezes. Slider doors can be closed for rain. From the veranda only a few steps lead to the sun deck and the hot tub.

Dine Alfresco on the deck, the veranda or at the large mahogany bar while watching ocean waves, the clouds casting shadows on the near islands and listening to the wind whispering. Enjoy St. John while “Living the Island Dream” at Villa Cinnamon Tarn.
The constant mountain top breezes make air conditioning unnecessary.

Rates and Taxes
Rates are based on a seven night stay, and depend upon the number of guests and/or number of bedrooms used.
Published rates are subject to change and do not include the prevailing 12.5% USVI Hotel Tax. The Virgin Islands hotel tax will be added at the time payment is made.
Hotel Tax is subject to change at any time.
Seasonal Rates:
High Season: Jan 4, through April 12
Low Season: April 12 through December 18

Reservation Deposit
A 50% deposit, including tax, within 7- 9 days is required to secure your reservation. The balance, plus a security deposit (if applicable), is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept payment in the form of a check or money order made payable to the home owner (provided to you upon booking).

Payment Options and Balance Due
We accept personal checks, money orders, travelers checks and cash.
Sorry, we don’t accept credit cards as a payment option for villa rentals. (We can accept credit cards for boat charters, rental vehicles and other activities and services.)

Deposits and Final Payments

Each villa owner has their own policies with regard to children. Information regarding the age limit for children is listed on the individual villa pages.
Pets: May or may not be allowed. Final decision is by the property owner.

No deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained. Should you have to cancel for any reason, and a replacement rental is obtained, your deposit will be refunded less a 15% handling fee.
