Island Breeze is an attractively decorated and thoughtfully designed 3 bedroom, 3 bath masonry villa. The private suite downstairs is perfect for anyone who would like to be more secluded from the main living area. It can also be closed off as a 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa with full access to the spa and all decks.

Located at the end of a paved private road in the laid-back area of Coral Bay. Enjoy serene views of the harbor and surrounding Bordeaux Mountains. The villa is only a short distance to a collection of eclectic shops, galleries and excellent affordable restaurants. Spectacular National Park beaches and hiking trails are only a short drive away.

Relax in this open living villa with all the comforts of home, including WIFI, cable TV, movie/music library, washer/dryer, gas grill, games, beach toys and more. All rooms enjoy cypress vaulted ceilings, arched windows,ceiling fans and cooling trade wind breezes. Early risers will be delighted by the gorgeous sunrises. For the perfect end to your day relax in the spa for amazing star gazing in the moonlight on the open deck. Lounge about the spa or walk around the landscaped grounds and private neighborhood to enjoy the impressive Coral Bay views from everywhere.

Choose indoor or outdoor dining for memorable meals with family and friends in the tropics. The granite countered cook’s kitchen is generously supplied with pots, pans,chef cutlery and assorted gadgets. The laundry room is off the kitchen.

The East bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a king sized bed to accommodate your needs. The East bathroom has a granite vanity and private outdoor shower that is a big hit with guests. Shower while gazing at the tropical plantings at the secluded back of the villa.

The West bedroom has a queen size bed. It is decorated with local artists’ works as in the rest of the villa. The West bathroom en suite bath has a glass block shower and granite vanity.

The third bedroom is more private on the lower level. It has a large bathroom and two twin sized beds that can be made into a king bed to accommodate your needs.

RESERVATIONS/INFO

DEPOSIT
All reservations are subject to a 50% deposit of the full rental amount. Once you have phoned in your reservation you will have two weeks to send your payment. If we do not receive your payment within this time frame your ‘hold’ on the property will be cancelled without further notice. The balance of the rent, 12.5% hotel tax and damage insurance fee will be due no later than 30 days prior to your arrival date. No reservation is confirmed until you have returned a deposit. Submission of your reservation form constitutes your acceptance of our rental policy.

If you have received a discounted rate or are booking for 5 days or less you can make your way to our office or pay a $65 arrival fee to be met at the dock.  If you arrive on the 7 PM ferry or later there is an additional $80 fee that will be added to your invoice. A 3% credit card fee is applied if paying with a Visa or MasterCard.

Rates are based on double occupancy per bedroom. THIS MEANS 2 PEOPLE WILL GET ONE BEDROOM, 4 PEOPLE WILL GET 2 BEDROOMS, 6 PEOPLE WILL GET 3 BEDROOMS etc., unless other arrangements have been made. The total occupancy permitted in the villa is restricted to the number of guests who have booked and paid. Any additional guest must pay upon arrival or vacate the premises immediately. No house parties or weddings are allowed without advance written permission from Windspree Vacation Homes. Additional fees may apply. A quiet family atmosphere must be maintained at all times so as not to disturb other residents of the neighborhood.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event you are forced to cancel, we will make every effort to re-book your villa for a 10% service charge. However, no deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained. We may be able to reschedule your visit to another time slot in the future. Refund arrangements can largely depend on the amount of notice given to us of the cancellation, and on the time of year. For peace of mind, we recommend cancellation insurance available through your agent or call for a referral. No refunds will be given for early departure unless there is a serious problem that cannot be cured within 24 hours or causes the guest extreme discomfort or serious inconvenience.
