This two bedroom/two bath home is the ideal vacation retreat. Located in quiet Fish Bay, this home has all the amenities including an inside/ outdoor shower so that you can shower under the stars or sunlight.
The great room offers comfortable rattan furniture with a TV/VCR/DVD. The dining area has a glass top dining table that can accommodate 6 guests. The kitchen is custom designed with a bar and bar stools for a quick breakfast before heading out to the beach. There are plenty of amenities in the kitchen for the cook including mixer, blender, pots, pans, and coffee grinder.
Off the great room is the main deck with chaise lounges, a gas grill, built in corner seating, and a large rectangular table for outside dining.
Dine Alfresco on the deck while enjoying the trade winds off the ocean, the clouds casting shadows on the island hills and listening to the evening chirping. Enjoy St. John while living the island dream at Villa Jolly Diversion.
Beautiful unobstructed view of the bay and Caribbean. On a clear night, the lights of St Croix are visible. Remember, you came to Jolly Diversion to forget about work.
The master bedroom has a king bed and plenty of closet space with a private balcony overlooking the bay. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds, a full bath with shower. The 2nd bedroom also has its own TV/DVD player and private deck, making the setup ideal for two couples or a family of 4..
The upstairs master/main bathroom has an open air stone garden shower, private but open to the sky.
A 4 wheel drive vehicle is recommended to navigate the driveway.

Rates and Taxes
Rates are based on a seven night stay, and depend upon the number of guests and/or number of bedrooms used.
Published rates are subject to change and do not include the prevailing 12.5% USVI Hotel Tax. The Virgin Islands hotel tax will be added at the time payment is made.

A 50% deposit, including tax, within 7- 9 days is required to secure your reservation. The balance, plus a security deposit (if applicable), is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept payment in the form of a check or money order made payable to the home owner (provided to you upon booking).
Payment Options and Balance Due
We accept personal checks, money orders, travelers checks and cash.
Sorry, we don’t accept credit cards as a payment option for villa rentals. (We can accept credit cards for boat charters, rental vehicles and other activities and services.)
Deposits and Final Payments

Damage deposit is required.

No deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained. Should you have to cancel for any reason, and a replacement rental is obtained, your deposit will be refunded less a 15% handling fee.
