Everything you need for a fabulous St. John vacation without the high price tag! One of the best values on island, Kachi Ra was beautifully renovated in summer 2018 but still offers the same budget-friendly rates.

We do our best to ensure you love your time here as much as we did when Kachi Ra was our home, and we pride ourselves on honest and responsive communication with guests.

Air conditioned bedroom is the perfect place to get a good night’s sleep at the end of your days exploring this beautiful island. Cozy, casual with rich mahogany surroundings in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood full of mature growth trees, new furniture, flat screen smart TV, wireless internet, and dedicated Netflix account. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room plus a fold-out memory foam cot, which fits in the bedroom or living room, allows our condo to sleep up to five.

Kachi Ra (Kachee’-rah) is just 10 steps away from a great pool and gas grill on an expansive sun deck with loungers and views of Little St. James and Pillsbury Sound. The condo offers direct access to the Caneel Hill trail, a beautifully picturesque trail that can take you to Cruz Bay or north shore beaches.

Located only one mile from the ferry dock, Kachi Ra is a very short ride to Cruz Bay by car.

This is a very quiet, serene place with all new furnishings. We are on-island owners who work hard to ensure that our guests truly enjoy their time here. Please note that there will be ongoing work at the complex to mitigate Irma’s damages; namely, all exterior balconies are being rebuilt. I will do my best to provide you with an accurate idea of the type of work that will be happening during your requested dates.


Really low season (Sept. 1 – Oct. 31) $135/night or $855/week

Shoulder season (Nov. 1 – Dec. 21) $150/night or $950/week

Christmas (Dec. 22 – Jan. 4) $237/night or $1,500/week

High season (Jan. 5-April 25) $195/night or $1,275/week

Low season (April 26-August 31) $150/night or $950/week

Please note that for stays less than six nights, a short stay fee of $120 plus 12.5 percent hotel tax will be added to the reservation. I may waive this fee if you’re filling a gap of less than six nights on the calendar.

For parties larger than two, there will be an additional guest fee of $15 per additional guest per night plus 12.5 percent hotel tax.
