5 Bedroom, 4 Bath, Breathtaking Views, Private Sand Beach Area, Pool & Waterfall, Huge Hot tub

LIME IN DE COCONUT VILLA -We have one of the largest completely finished outdoor spaces for our guests to explore and enjoy! Everything is here for fun and relaxation. At the water’s edge there are kayaks, stand up paddle boards, snorkeling gear, fishing poles and boogie boards. There are also life vests of various sizes. Our private beach/waterfront area is not shared with other homes. The natural reefs here are home to amazing sea life and since this area is undisturbed, the snorkeling is considered to be one of the best spots on the island. We’ve just added a row of full -size coconut palms and beautiful christmas palms at the waters edge. The landscaping is truly spectacular! You’ll also find new palapas with lounge chairs and tables. Additionally, we’ve just added a new pocket sand beach with a shallow water area for your little ones and everyone to enjoy. The huge new lower brick patio just below the pool facing the ocean is now finished. Our entire outside area including pool, hot tub, brick patios, bali hut, palapas and all walkways to the ocean completely light up at night at the flick of a switch for evening fun when the sun goes down. The fun never ends!! Because we are tucked in a hillside and located in the calm part of the island, you’ll be able to enjoy the outdoors all the time without the harsh winds that can keep you indoors. There are no strong winds at this location as there are on many parts of the island. Additionally, the Villa is situated only 30 feet from the ocean. There are no treacherous hills or dangerous paths to navigate or climb down to access the waterfront. The floor to ceiling sliders in the family room capture spectacular views of the beautiful Caribbean Sea. You can hear as well as see the crashing waves from the villa.

A Bali hut just feet from the water is available for massages/deep muscle therapy, yoga workouts or simply relaxing on a hammock. If you’d like a massage or facial, we have a masseuse /licensed facial esthetician that will come to the villa for a poolside or bali hut treatment. You’ll have a very relaxing experience with the tranquility and beauty of being oceanfront and listening to the crashing waves.

Our masseuse is considered to be one of the best in the Virgin Islands!!

The extra large salt-water infinity pool with a cascading waterfall overlooks the beautiful ocean. You can hear the crashing waves while swimming or relaxing on the many lounge chairs that surround the pool. Set the mood with music of your choice on the Sonos System. Outdoor surround speakers create a wonderful listening experience. In the evening, the pool is lit up with soft lighting creating a relaxing ambiance. The oversized hot tub is steps away. The lower brick pool deck is perfect for sunning or sitting under an umbrella and looking out at the beautiful Caribbean water.

* Only an 8 -minute drive to Cruz Bay Village for dining, barhopping and shopping.

ALSO, BE REST ASSURED: IN CASE OF A POWER OUTAGE ON THE ISLAND, THERE IS A WHOLE HOUSE GENERATOR. WHEN THE GRID GOES DOWN, YOU WILL SLEEP IN THE COMFORT OF A/C ,YOUR FOOD WILL BE SAVED AND YOUR DRINKS WILL BE COLD ☺

This villa has it all…there is no need to ever leave. FREE USE ANYTIME AT WATERS EDGE:
6 Kayaks, 2 Stand- Up Paddle boards, Snorkeling equipment, Fishing Poles/gear, Boogie Boards, Water shoes, Life vests
