The guest bedrooms offers 2 full beds, perfect for couples or singles, with attached bath. The third bedroom has two twin beds, perfect for children or single adults. All offer comfortable bedding and upscale amenities, for a refreshing night’s sleep.

This lovely home is adorned with elegant furnishings and is accented with original island artwork to add to the tropical ambiance. Tommy Bahama brand furnishings and one of a kind mahogany accents make the living room elegant yet comfortable… a perfect place to enjoy a good book, or a movie on DVD or television. While you can watch the ships sail by from here, just step outside to a private balcony, and take in the island sounds and smells, with frangipani lingering in the air, and treefrogs chirping their songs.

The kitchen is large and lux, with granite and stainless anchored by rich mahogany cabinetry. An expansive breakfast bar is a perfect place for a quick bite, and a large, more formal dining table offers the perfect place for a more elegant meal or family breakfast, again, with views of the sparkling Caribbean just outside your window.

A fully equipped laundry room makes doing wash a breeze and means you can pack less for this island vacation! For those who just cannot escape work or the internet, WiFi is provided.

Palm Terrace Villas are a small boutique style condominium complex, with only 6 units surrounding a tropical courtyard that leads to a common pool, perfect for an afternoon dip. Lounge chairs and a dining area are provided for your use and enjoyment, as well as gas grills for those nights you want to cook up your own island feast. Off street parking is provided for our guests. If you prefer to go ‘carless’ Cruz Bay is only a short walk away, where you can catch a taxi to the National Park beaches just a moment or two away.

A beautiful, coral strewn sandy beach is only 1 1/2 blocks away, and is the perfect place for an afternoon snorkel or quick dip and is the one of the best spots on St. John to watch the sunset slip beyond the horizon into the Caribbean Sea.

While Palm Terrace is on a quiet flower lined lane, it is close and convenient to all the shops and restaurants of our little town. The center of Cruz Bay is only a 5 minute stroll from your island home.
