Palm Vista is a beautiful hilltop villa which has unbelievable panoramic ocean views from sunrise to sunset. This means the pool is in the sun most of the day, keeping it at a refreshing, but not cold, temperature. You are close enough to hear the sounds of the surf, yet high enough to enjoy cooling trade winds.

Large Veranda & Poolside Deck allow for perfect relaxation

Nicely furnished areas allow you to enjoy the sun or escape in the shade, all with great ocean views. Inside you can relax in the comfortable Restoration Hardware sectional couch or pull up a stool at the bar, all in the Great Room with beautiful stone & mahogany accents. The large, well equipped kitchen has plenty of room for several “chefs” and “bar tenders” to share the fun of making your own pain killers!

Each of the  3 Bedrooms afford excellent visual & sound privacy

The Queen bedroom on the main floor and the 2 King bedrooms on the lower level each have ocean views, very comfortable mattresses and their own large en-suite baths.

RESERVATIONS/INFO

Maximum occupancy is (6) six Guests; maximum 2 guests per bedroom. You can rent 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms,    un-rented bedrooms will remain locked and unoccupied during your stay.

Children of all age are welcome. For children age 8 & under an additional refundable damage deposit & child liability waiver is required.

Check-in time is 3 p.m. Check-out time is 10 a.m.

This is a non-smoking villa, however smoking is permitted outside in the exterior pool deck area.

Deposit Information: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation refunds vary based upon the number of days notice; see Rental Agreement for details. Rental rates do not include the 12.5% VI Hotel Tax or the $125 cleaning fee. There is also a $79 Damage Insurance premium required which provides you with $3000 worth of protection. Rates are based on payment by check.
