Sea Glass is located on Majestic Mile, in the well established neighborhood of Upper Carolina, with its privacy and paved roads and magnificent views of Coral Bay and the V.I. National Park.  This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home includes a separate downstairs apartment, at the pool level.  It has been recently renovated, is comfortably furnished, and is a favorite home away from home for many return guests. Sea Glass is ideally located along a paved road in a quiet neighborhood and is fully fenced in with a gate.

The large pool deck is a private vacationland, with a large pool, hot tub, comfortable dining area and lounge chairs, and lovely views. Enjoy a starlit swim above the twinkling lights of Coral Bay harbor.

Sea Glass offers levels of semi-private covered decks, where guests can find the peace intended in their vacation–over a cocktail, a good book, or special time with family and friends. Sea Glass features a number of multi-purpose areas that create private spaces for everyone in your party to enjoy. The decks overlook the valley, all the way down to the sea, and the pool. A hammock on one of the covered decks is an inviting spot for a siesta.  The cooling breeze, rustle of palms, and the floral scents are elements that cannot be captured in photographs but greatly enhance the guests’  experience at this lovely villa.

Enjoy your home cooked meals in the dining area or outside on the covered wood deck where there is always a gentle breeze. The newly remodeled kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, gas stove and all the amenities you need to prepare your favorite dishes.

The main living area features a mahogany entertainment center with Cable TV, sound system, library of books, movies, music & games. The comfortable teak dining set keeps you lingering long after your meal is complete.

The Master Bedroom is furnished with a comfortable pillow top queen sized bed that looks out to the ocean and the breath taking views of East End. Master bath features a native stone shower.

Sea Glass’ multi level decks provide many options for sunbathing, cooling off in the pool, or relaxing in the spa.

The second bedroom features 2 pillow top twins that convert into a king sized bed, an open air stone shower and the majestic views from the deck.

On the lower level is a bright and colorful separate apartment with a queen sized bed and bath with a native stone shower. The living area has a kitchen and a queen sized futon sofa, along with cable TV and a sound system.

The living area in the downstairs apartment opens out onto the pool deck, and the magnificent views.

All reservations are subject to a 50% deposit of the full rental amount. Once you have phoned in your reservation you will have two weeks to send your payment. If we do not receive your payment within this time frame your ‘hold’ on the property will be cancelled without further notice. The balance of the rent, 12.5% hotel tax and damage insurance fee will be due no later than 30 days prior to your arrival date. No reservation is confirmed until you have returned a deposit. Submission of your reservation form constitutes your acceptance of our rental policy.

If you have received a discounted rate or are booking for 5 days or less you can make your way to our office or pay a $65 arrival fee to be met at the dock.  If you arrive on the 7 PM ferry or later there is an additional $80 fee that will be added to your invoice. A 3% credit card fee is applied if paying with a Visa or MasterCard.

Rates are based on double occupancy per bedroom. THIS MEANS 2 PEOPLE WILL GET ONE BEDROOM, 4 PEOPLE WILL GET 2 BEDROOMS, 6 PEOPLE WILL GET 3 BEDROOMS etc., unless other arrangements have been made. The total occupancy permitted in the villa is restricted to the number of guests who have booked and paid. Any additional guest must pay upon arrival or vacate the premises immediately. No house parties or weddings are allowed without advance written permission from Windspree Vacation Homes. Additional fees may apply. A quiet family atmosphere must be maintained at all times so as not to disturb other residents of the neighborhood.

In the event you are forced to cancel, we will make every effort to re-book your villa for a 10% service charge. However, no deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained. We may be able to reschedule your visit to another time slot in the future. Refund arrangements can largely depend on the amount of notice given to us of the cancellation, and on the time of year. For peace of mind, we recommend cancellation insurance available through your agent or call for a referral. No refunds will be given for early departure unless there is a serious problem that cannot be cured within 24 hours or causes the guest extreme discomfort or serious inconvenience.
