The newly renovated, masonry constructed villa offers sweeping sunset to sunrise ocean views, 2 King Master bedrooms with en suite baths, full house a/c and wifi, plus two additional great rooms with optional sofa sleeper for a 5th and/or 6th guest. Sitting majestically 1000 feet atop of Ajax Peak with gated security access on all paved roads/driveway. Less than 5 minutes from the house are the white sand beaches of Maho Bay and its sister beaches; and only a short drive from Coral Bay. The drive into Cruz Bay takes only 20 minutes along all paved roads. Since SEAclusion is on the ridge top we enjoy ocean views to both East and West Horizons from Coral Bay to beyond Norman Island and then along the North Shore of St. John and the outer cays to the lights of St. Thomas in the distance. SEAclusion receives wonderful trade winds and with less humidity, making it an excellent location even in the hottest summer months!
Designed in the Traditional West Indian Great House style, SEAclusion has wonderful architectural details like the sweeping, stone stairway entrance, arched windows and wooden shutters, as well as ballast brick and stone wall detailing. Two levels, accessed by the handmade custom hardwood inside stairway, each with master suite to provide a maximum of privacy for couples or families traveling together. As you enter the villa the great room is to your right through the expansive, stone arch and offers comfortable new furniture to lounge and enjoy the panoramic views. Two 12 foot sliding doors have been recently installed, bringing in the views of Coral Bay, the north shore, and all the way to St. Thomas. Directly ahead is the newly remodeled, well equipped kitchen with TV, hardwood cabinets, and granite countertops. The kitchen provides an indoor dining area with optional bar seating overlooking Coral Bay Harbor. Or dine outdoors off the deck to enjoy the sunset over St. Thomas. You can also gather for pool side dining complete with gas grill to take in that amazing view all the way out to East End, Norman Island and beyond! SEAclusion has decks that wrap entirely around the house so you can adjust your location to take full advantage of the varying sunlight and views.
Each of the king master suites has a/c, comfy king bed, spacious walk-in closets, and en suite bath. Both suites enjoy similar views over Coral Bay and beyond, while the lower suite enjoys a covered veranda with quick access to the pool. The lower level family room has desk, satellite TV, and sofa sleeper with memory foam padding. The villa sleeps 4 comfortably, but additional space for up to two more guests can be provided here with the queen sofa sleeper. The pool deck is spacious with lounge chairs, dining area, lush garden areas and that incredible view to Coral Bay and beyond – complete with in ground, concrete 24′ x 12′ x 4.5′ deep swimming pool and poolside hammock.
Last but by no means least, is the roof-top terrace with large built-in bench, accessed by custom indoor, hardwood ladder; the panoramic views here are truly magnificent!

A 50% deposit is required to hold your dates (7-night minimum required), with the balance due 60 days prior to your arrival.
Payments may be made by personal, cashiers or certified checks.
We also accept credit card payments from VISA or MasterCard for an additional 3% fee.
Last minute rentals require payment by credit card or a certified bank check, overnight mail (call for details).
Rates are subject to change at any time. Once your 50% deposit is received, your rate is guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy: No deposits or final payments will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained for the same dates and rate. Should you be forced to cancel for any reason and a replacement rental is obtained, your refund may be subject to a 10% administrative fee. Because of our strict cancellation policy, we strongly recommend you to obtain Traveler’s Cancellation Insurance for your trip.
Additional Info: We have on-island property managers, who will meet you and your party at the ferry dock in Cruz Bay and escort you up to the villa. They are also available during your stay at SEAclusion if you need additional assistance.
