Welcome to Seaside at Grande Bay Resort!  Our suite is a two bedroom lockout unit and can be rented as a full two bedroom, two bathroom suite or divided into a one bedroom suite and a studio suite (similar to an adjoining room in a hotel).  Because our suite can be reserved as a full two bedroom suite or individually as a one bedroom and a studio suite, please contact the owner to confirm availability and rates.

Your home away from home at Grande Bay is located WATERFRONT and offers an unobstructed view of Cruz Bay Harbor.  Enjoy breakfast or dinner on the balcony while listening to the waves lapping the shoreline.

Our beautifully furnished Seaside two bedroom suite offers a private bedroom with a king sized bed, flat screen TV, washer and dryer and access to the bathroom with shower.  The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, dishes and cookware.  The living  room includes a queen sized sleeper sofa and TV with DVD player along with access to the front balcony.  The studio bedroom offers a queen sized bed, queen sized sleeper sofa, kitchenette, bathroom and in suite washer and dryer along with access to a small front balcony.

Grande Bay offers a shared pool deck with swimming pool and hot tub. The resort also offers an exercise room with cardio and weight equipment – even a Pilates machine, with stunning ocean views.  Grande Bay is staffed 24 hours a day to answer any questions you may have or assist with your vacation.  We also offer an on island property management company to assist you with your arrival on island, keys to your suite, concierge services and more.

Having the convenient location of being right in Cruz Bay allows you to walk to shops, restaurants, bars and even some beaches at your leisure. We also provide a reserved parking space in our covered and secure garage if you prefer to rent a vehicle. The parking space is reserved for the one bedroom suite or when the entire two bedroom suite is rented. It is not available for the studio suite.

** Because our suite has multiple booking options, please inquire about availability.  We are unable to sync our calendars precisely to match our many booking options!

We require a signed contract along with a deposit of 50% of the total balance to reserve our suite.  The remaining 50% is due sixty days prior to your arrival.

Cleaning fees apply to stays of less than seven nights and vary depending on the suite reserved.

The current VI Hotel tax is 12.5% and is not included in our rates.

We require a damage deposit of $40 which covers $500 in accidental damage.

Rates are based on four (4) guests in our two bedroom suite or two (2) guests in our one bedroom or studio suite.

Grande Bay Resort is a non-smoking property.

Our reserved parking space is available along with the rental of our two bedroom suite or our one bedroom suite.  A reserved parking space is NOT available with our studio suite.
