DESCRIPTION

Skyridge is located on an enviable half acre site at an elevation of 600 feet, offering panoramic and entirely private views above the tree line to 14 islands and across the VI National Park.  The webcam gives viewers an idea of this majestic view, but there is nothing like sitting in the deck encompassed by the real thing! Located in Cereus Corner, Skyridge benefits from cooling night breezes and breathtaking views.  Seeing the moon rise over the sea is an unforgettable experience!

Skyridge has been recently refurnished.  The Great Room, which opens onto a balcony and an intimate dining terrace with truly magnificent views, offers state-of-the-art entertainment systems, a large teak dining table, and a comfortable sitting area.  The family-style kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and amenities, with thoughtful design details such as a “pass through” window to the terrace. The Sky Ridge Dining Room opens into a comfortable sitting area and a family-style kitchen.  A balcony with an outdoor eating area invites you outdoors day and night…

The master bedroom is surrounded by windows and a private mountain view.

Located off the Great Room are two bedrooms, each with private baths featuring outdoor showers with views.  The bedrooms have ceiling fans and a/c.  The east bedroom has twin beds, which can be converted to a king bed, and four windows with ocean and garden views.  It also has a desk and internet access.

The tile pool is private and surrounded by mature landscaping.  The pool deck has a grill and outdoor lounge and dining furniture.

For larger groups, a 1,200 square foot downstairs apartment is also available, with three additional bedrooms, two baths and full kitchen.  The queen suite has sliding doors leading to a deck with views of the British Virgin Islands.  The king bedroom shares a full bath and outdoor shower with a third small bedroom.

The three-bedroom downstairs apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a full-kitchen and amenities.

RESERVATIONS/INFO

DEPOSIT
All reservations are subject to a 50% deposit of the full rental amount. Once you have phoned in your reservation you will have two weeks to send your payment. If we do not receive your payment within this time frame your ‘hold’ on the property will be cancelled without further notice. The balance of the rent, 12.5% hotel tax and damage insurance fee will be due no later than 30 days prior to your arrival date. No reservation is confirmed until you have returned a deposit. Submission of your reservation form constitutes your acceptance of our rental policy.

If you have received a discounted rate or are booking for 5 days or less you can make your way to our office or pay a $65 arrival fee to be met at the dock.  If you arrive on the 7 PM ferry or later there is an additional $80 fee that will be added to your invoice. A 3% credit card fee is applied if paying with a Visa or MasterCard.

Rates are based on double occupancy per bedroom. THIS MEANS 2 PEOPLE WILL GET ONE BEDROOM, 4 PEOPLE WILL GET 2 BEDROOMS, 6 PEOPLE WILL GET 3 BEDROOMS etc., unless other arrangements have been made. The total occupancy permitted in the villa is restricted to the number of guests who have booked and paid. Any additional guest must pay upon arrival or vacate the premises immediately. No house parties or weddings are allowed without advance written permission from Windspree Vacation Homes. Additional fees may apply. A quiet family atmosphere must be maintained at all times so as not to disturb other residents of the neighborhood.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event you are forced to cancel, we will make every effort to re-book your villa for a 10% service charge. However, no deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained. We may be able to reschedule your visit to another time slot in the future. Refund arrangements can largely depend on the amount of notice given to us of the cancellation, and on the time of year. For peace of mind, we recommend cancellation insurance available through your agent or call for a referral. No refunds will be given for early departure unless there is a serious problem that cannot be cured within 24 hours or causes the guest extreme discomfort or serious inconvenience.
