Inside your unit you will have beautiful views from all of the living areas and kitchen. No obstructed views here. This is a highly desirable End Unit with the most sweeping views in the entire resort. You will be staying in a Full Size 1 bedroom, not a smaller “lock out” unit that is part of a two bedroom offered by others. The bedroom features a King Size bed with a separate private patio, flat screen TV, and a safe to store your valuables.
Enjoy all new furnishings throughout. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, bar area and entertainment center. Our fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances has all you need to fix everything from a gourmet meal to blending refreshing frozen island drinks. When it is time to venture out onto the beautiful island, no need to fret about beach supplies, your new home-away-from-home comes fully stocked with beach towels, chairs and coolers. In the evening you can enjoy the flat screen TV and our DVD collection, surf the net with our free wi-fi (also, free long distance and domestic telephone calls), listen to your favorite music or our CD’s on the stereo with CD player, or just sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. Enjoy the spectacular island photography on the walls.
You will want to spend lots of time relaxing on the outside terrace which is mostly covered, but also has an uncovered area to work on that tan. From the terrace you will never tire of the unobstructed views ranging from the deserted off shore islands nestled in the Windward Passage to the sailboats skimming through Pillsbury Sound to the dramatic Sunsets resting upon St. Thomas.
You will not soon forget this romantic spot for sharing evening sunset cocktails and the twinkling lights. Because of its covered privacy, we often fall asleep here on the lounge chairs under the stars with the cool breezes and the sound of the nearby surf.

—–If you decide to go ahead and book, we accept major credit cards (through PayPal), as well as checks.
—–25% deposit is due immediately. The balance is due 60 days before arrival.
—-$125 cleaning charge
—–Any reservation made within 60 days of the start of the stay requires full payment.
—–Reservation is not confirmed until we receive BOTH 25% deposit AND signed rental agreement.
—–We will email you the rental agreement and will accept the signed agreement back via email, fax, or US postal service. If rental agreement is returned via USPS, time is of the essence.
—–Although we update our website regularly, all rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
—–Please check the rate page of this website to see the minimum day rental policy for your selected dates.
—–A damage/reservation deposit of $200 is required. There is also a US Virgin Islands hotel tax of 12.5% that we must collect and is not included in the rental rate. There is a $125 cleaning fee. Your security deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of your departure provided that real and personal property are in the same condition as when you arrived and all terms of this agreement are met.
—–This is a strictly NON SMOKING rental – no smoking inside or on either balcony.
—–A 60 day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, except for any fees incurred by property owner for payments made via credit card.
—–The maximum number of guests in the unit is limited to two persons.
