Rental Policies

  • Half due upon booking confirmation
  • Second half due 45 days before arrival
  • Cancellations greater than 60 days out will receive a full refund.  60-30 days a 50% refund.  No refunds given inside of 30 days. All cancellations are minus cc processing fees.
  • Primary renter must be 25+
  • All rentals subject to 12.5% USVI Hotel Tax and $300 Cleaning Fee
  • No pets.  Service animals allowed on a case by case basis
  • Ask about out return renter discounts!
