DESIGN. Bougainvillea Villa is a 3-story, 3-unit boutique condominium, built from island stone and concrete. Units One and Two are 2-bedroom, 2-bath units on the 1st and 2nd floors. Covered exterior stairs lead up to Unit Two, and then up to the Penthouse unit , a 1-bedroom, 1-bath unit on the 3rd floor. The Penthouse’s design gives up a bedroom, but gains deck and wonderful outdoor living space, all with drop dead gorgeous views. Units One and Two both have sun/sunset decks with superb views, plus they each have a very quiet and intimate covered deck on the private northwest side of the building. Units One and Two are the same interior size, with identical floor plans, but the unit’s furnishings and décor are different. In both lower units the two bedrooms are located off the great room, which contains the kitchen, dining and living areas. The Penthouse is a suite where the bedroom is an extension of the great room and shares its fantastic views.
