400 S.F. OF PANORAMIC DECK. Step outside your bedroom or living room doors to enjoy the sites and trade winds of the Caribbean. Spend the morning soaking up the sunrise with your coffee as you overlook unobstructed, east-facing water and island views. Relax in the afternoon shade watching the colors of the setting sky as you cook dinner on the Weber gas BBQ grill. End your evening kicking back and gazing at the stars. Your panoramic deck sits 500 feet above sea level facing the refreshing trade winds overlooking Coral Bay, Tortola and Norman Island of the BVIs, and down island at the Sir Francis Drake Channel towards the Baths of Virgin Gorda and Spanish Town.
MINUTES AWAY. All the popular beaches such as Maho Bay, Trunk Bay and Cinnamon Bay are within a few minutes’ drive from the villa. Cruz Bay is 25 minutes away. Hikes at popular Reef Bay and Ram’s Head are within 10 minutes. Popular Coral Bay restaurants and two grocery stores are at the bottom of the hill.
*We have a whole house ultraviolet water treatment system, so the water from the tap is available for drinking and ice making. Stove means stovetop, no range/oven.
THE SPACE. This villa is a house with two independent units (an upstairs unit/apartment, and a downstairs unit/apartment). Each unit is complete with its own entrance, full kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, panoramic deck, BBQ, designated parking space, etc. (there are no shared living spaces or amenities, with the exception of shared parking lot and exterior stairs). The unit in this listing is the top floor with high ceilings and a bird’s eye view. We are on site at the separate bottom unit/apartment.
Enjoy the privacy in your own fully-equipped unit. However, property management is here to help if needed.
“Shared” space indicates that there is more than one unit on the property which only share the parking and exterior stairs. There are no shared decks, interior living spaces, or other amenities.
Beach essentials provided include: towels, chairs, coolers, pool noodles, and bug spray.
Bath essentials provided include: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bath towels/hand/washcloths.
Kitchen essentials provided include: stovetop, toaster, microwave, full size refrigerator, bbq grill with propane and tools, pots and pans, dishes, glassware, cutlery, mixing bowls, measuring spoons, salt, pepper, etc.
Rental vehicle needed to get around the island, with 4-wheel drive highly recommended for traveling mountain roads. Book rental Jeep early as demand is high.

All reservations require a signed contract along with a $300 deposit and 50% of the total rental amount. The remaining 50% is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival.
