Pelican Beach is a waterfront villa nestled into a hillside overlooking its own slice of the blue Caribbean sea and offering sweeping views of the British Virgin Islands.

Situated between the restaurant scene in Coral Bay and the natural beauty of Salt Pond Beach, Pelican Beach offers an easy home base for charters, hikes, beach days, and even kayaking or paddle boarding in the semi-private beach on site.

The rental unit is on the mezzanine level of the villa sleeping up to 4. The level offers its own full kitchen, a screened-in dining and lounge area, as well as outdoor gazebo and deck lounging for both shade and sun.

Head downstairs down to the coral beachfront deck and take in the refreshing tradewinds from under the Seagrape trees, or explore the coral reef of Friis Bay with a snorkel and mask. Kayaks and paddle boards are available for guest use along with life jackets. About a half dozen green sea turtles call Friis Bay home, along with a rainbow of abundant tropical fish along the two coral reefs.
